Traveling Cedar to Cedar St extension from Rt 149
White Toyota SUV Large Brown haired female driver
Large white vehicle came rather fast to intersection of Cedar n Kettle Hole traveling on Kettle Hole. Ignored an SUV located at their right, opposite of me on Cedar St, and yet at the intersection before the Toyota. Yet thanks to the rate of speed the large white Toyota SUV was already at, no stop at the stop signs, no directional either. Buzzed through the intersection turning left onto Cedar St past me with engine accelerating loudly.
There was a truck or suv behind the suv which was on Cedar St. Both opposite me.
SUV approaching intersection but on Cedar heading to RT 149, apposite as me, was already less than four feet before the stop line sign area. The Toyota SUV went through the stop sign no directional anger on her face careless. Just another ignorant america allowed to operate a vehicle in a careless state of being.
Suspend license for one week!
